At a glance

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or other third parties.

Web app and account

The web app at cellarium.aivu.ch/app works with a random device ID, without your name. Linked to it are your taste profile (deleted 7 days after last use), your wine vault (365 days) and Enzo's conversation memory (turns kept verbatim for 3 days, then as notes for up to 30 days). You only create an account when buying a membership, with email address and password. We store the password only as a scrypt hash, never in plain text. You can delete your account at any time in your profile; a running web membership ends immediately. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps).

Payments via Stripe

Web memberships are paid via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. You enter card and other payment details directly with Stripe; they never reach us. We only receive the status of your membership (plan, term, cancellation). Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Details: stripe.com/privacy.

Video call with Enzo

Microphone and camera are only used when you start the call or switch the camera on. For the call, service providers process voice and image in real time: LiveKit (transport, on our own server), Deepgram (speech recognition), ElevenLabs (Enzo's voice), HeyGen (Enzo's video avatar) and Google Gemini via OpenRouter (answers). We store no audio or video recording; only the text of the conversation turns is kept for Enzo's memory (see above).
