How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan and use Enzo free for seven days. If you cancel within that time, you pay nothing. Payment runs securely through Stripe, and nothing is charged during the first seven days.
How do I cancel?
With two clicks in your account, any time before the end of your current billing period. No phone call, no form.
Do I need the app, or does it work in the browser?
Both. Enzo runs right in the browser on phone and computer. Wine list, scan and chat are free; the live video call needs a membership. The iPhone and Android apps follow soon.
Which languages does Enzo speak?
In 20 languages, including English, German, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian. You choose the language in the app via the globe icon.
What happens to my conversations and data?
Your conversations are used only for your recommendations and your taste profile. We never sell data. You can delete your profile at any time.
Is Enzo a real person?
Enzo is an AI sommelier, built on the knowledge and style of a real wine merchant from Mallorca. The images on this page were created with AI.
